Partner Licensing & Program Details

Everything you need to know about how to bring Total IFTA to your clients.

Who We Partner With

Total IFTA is designed to be sold through channel partners who already have established relationships with fleet operators, carriers, and trucking businesses. We are not competing for fleet attention directly — we are plugging into distribution networks that took years to build.

📡
ELD Providers
ELD companies already capture the mileage and jurisdiction data that IFTA reporting requires. Adding Total IFTA is a natural extension that makes your platform stickier and more valuable to every fleet client you serve.
📋
DOT Compliance & Safety Companies
If you manage compliance, CSA scores, driver files, or drug and alcohol programs for carriers, IFTA is exactly the kind of adjacent service your clients already wish you offered. It deepens your relationship and expands your revenue per client.
🏛️
Trucking Associations
State and regional trucking associations can offer Total IFTA as a white-labeled member benefit — delivering immediate, tangible value to member carriers while creating a new revenue stream for the association.
📊
Fleet-Focused Accountants & Bookkeepers
Thousands of small accounting firms specialize in trucking clients and manually handle IFTA filings every quarter. Total IFTA automates what they do today — freeing their time while improving accuracy and letting them offer more clients the same service.
🚛
Motor Carriers
IFTA compliance is widely recognized as one of the single largest administrative pain points in the trucking industry. Quarterly filings across 63 jurisdictions, manual mileage reconciliation, and the constant risk of audit errors consume time and money that carriers need on the road. Total IFTA eliminates that burden entirely — automating the calculation, the reporting, and the filing process so carriers can focus on what they do best.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we white-label the platform under our own brand?
Yes. Both the perpetual license and SaaS subscription options include white-label deployment. Your clients see your brand — powered by our platform behind the scenes. We can also discuss co-branding options if preferred.
What ELD systems do you currently integrate with?
We currently have live integrations with Apollo ELD, Azuga, and Prologs. We can integrate with any ELD platform your clients use — contact us with your specific ELD and we will discuss the integration process and timeline.
What happens when IFTA tax rates change?
IFTA rates and requirements change quarterly by jurisdiction. Under our annual maintenance agreement, all regulatory updates, rate table changes, and jurisdiction requirement changes are handled automatically — your clients always file at the correct current rates.
Does Total IFTA cover Canadian provinces?
Yes. Total IFTA covers all 63 IFTA member jurisdictions — all 48 contiguous U.S. states plus all participating Canadian provinces and territories. Carriers running cross-border operations are fully covered.
What if a client's ELD is broken or has data gaps?
We built for this. Total IFTA includes both a full manual entry system and a dedicated mileage calculator — allowing accurate computation of miles not captured by the ELD due to device malfunction, connectivity loss, or missing data. Nothing falls through the cracks.
How long does the integration and onboarding process take?
For partners with a currently integrated ELD (Apollo, Azuga, Prologs), deployment can be completed very quickly. For partners requiring a new ELD integration, timeline depends on the specific ELD and its API access. We will give you a realistic timeline during the demo conversation.
When will the additional compliance modules be available?
We are actively building IRP, Form 2290, New York HUT, MCS-150, and state mileage and weight taxes. We will share our current development timeline during your demo. Founder Partners receive each module at a heavily discounted rate as it is released.
